Square in dwontown Warsaw. This is where Royal Tract begins. Since 1970’s the eastern wall of the square is formed by the reconstructed fasade of the Royal Castle in Warsaw. There is a 1644 Sigismund III Vase column on the square, the oldest and symbolic monument for the city. Zamkowy Square is now a venue of many public events, including New Yrear’s Eve party, concerts, shows or important sport broadcasts.
