The oldest square in Warsaw, located in Old Town. Thw square is 90 x 73 meters big, with eight connecting streets, which start perpendicularly on every corner of the square. The mqrket square qas shaped on the verge of 13 and 14th century, Today, the MArket Square of the Old Town is one of the most important cultural and tourist spot on the map of Warsaw. In the summer, is hosts many culture events and in winter time is decorated with seasonal ornaments and a christmas tree. There is a Marmaid Statue on the square. Frontage of the Old Town Market Square is packed with tenant houses from diferent epoques, in majority rebuilt in details after WWII.
