Created in 1825 in the Kingdom of Poland, as representative square. Many important public buildings were there. Currently, Bankowy Square starts at the crossing of "Solidarnosci" alley, Marszalkowska and General Anders Street, and ends in the inlet of Senatorska and Elektoralna Street.
On Bankowy Square, in the corner of Elektoralna street you can find a building of the former Polish Stock Exchange and Bank. Antonio Corazzi was the author of the design. Bankowy Square – square in Downtown Warsaw.
