On the property, called “Willa Halusin” from the name of the owner, a residential house in the manor style was designed by the well-known architect Karol Siciński (among others, author of the design of the Kuncewicz manor house in Kazimierz and two other buildings in Zalesie Dolne at Anna Jagiellonka 10 and Królowej Jadwigi 11).
The building at 7 Larch Street housed the parsonage of the local church for many years. It is currently inhabited by painter Urszula Rowicka-Spinek and her family.
