This is a plot of land located in the middle of the forest with an area of 500 m2 with a summer house, located in a very convenient location, in Topolin, Wieliszew municipality (about 20 minutes from the borders of Warsaw). The cottage is one-story, has a small kitchen, a fireplace, a veranda with a canopy and a small balcony. The decor of the cottage is largely from the communist period, it also has decorations made by two successive owners a sculptor and an artist. On the plot there is a log outbuilding, a wooden chapel and an unbound children’s house. The plot is fenced, there are several large pine trees and shrubs. The plot has good access from Church Street. In close proximity to the plot is the Narew River and a highland-style roadside chapel.
