The primary objectives of the Association are:

• Legal protection of the interests of owners, lessees and employees of Polish cinemas;
• Representing these interests to local, administrative, ministerial and other authorities;
• Creating conditions for the development, protection and upgrading of the material base of the film distribution sphere;
• Formation and dissemination of ethics of participation in the film market;
• Working with film distributors to create film market rights;
• Working to preserve and protect intellectual and cultural values throughout the sphere of dissemination;
• Initiating and promoting domestic filmmaking.
